Your profile
Change your name, photo, sign-in address and password, and see your second step.
Open Your profile from your account menu. What you change here, everyone who works with you sees straight away.
What you can change
- Your details: your name and, if you like, a title such as Dr.
- Photo: helps your Award Leader and others recognise you.
- Sign-in address: we send a link to the new address. It changes once you open it.
- Password: you never need one. Set one if you prefer it to a code.
- Second step: shows whether an authenticator app is set up.
While someone acts as you
When an admin acts as you to help, they cannot change your sign-in address, password or authenticator app. Only you can.
