Paying your Award fee

When fees can be paid online, your home page shows Pay now beside your Award fee.

Pay online

Choose Pay now. Pay your Award fee shows the amount and who collects it. Choose Pay. You pay on Stripe’s own page, in your language. We never see your card.

After you pay

Stripe sends you back to this page. It says Stripe is confirming your payment and updates by itself. When Stripe confirms, it says Paid. If you leave Stripe’s page without paying, nothing is paid and you can try again. If a payment takes longer than a minute, stay or come back later: it is not lost.

When you cannot pay online

If fees are taken in person or by transfer, or if this amount cannot be paid online, the page says so. Ask your Award Centre how to pay. Paying needs a connection: when your device is offline the button is off, and it comes back when you are online again.

Paying by PayPal, and your receipt

If PayPal is offered, Pay takes you to PayPal’s page instead of Stripe’s. Everything else works the same. When the payment is confirmed, your home page says Paid with Download receipt, and the receipt is also mailed to you as a PDF. A parent or guardian can pay with the link mailed to them, without an account: see Paying by link.
