Paying by link
A parent, a guardian or a participant pays an Award fee from a link in a mail, with no account.
A payment link lets a parent, a guardian or a participant pay an Award fee without an account.
Open the link
The link comes by mail from the Operator, in your language, and works for 30 days. The page shows who asks, the participant’s first name, the level and the amount, and nothing else.
Pay
Choose Pay. You pay on the payment provider’s own page, Stripe or PayPal. We never see your card. Back on the page it says the payment is being confirmed and updates by itself, then it says Paid.
Your receipt
When the payment is paid, the page offers Download receipt, and the receipt is mailed as a PDF to the address the link came to.
If the link does not open
If it has expired, or a newer link replaced it, ask the Award Centre to send it again. If the page says nothing is owed, the fee was paid, refunded or waived already.
