One participant’s record
See a participant, their consents and each Award level in one place, read what happened to them, move a start date, archive them and set their flags.
Choose a participant’s name in a list to open their record. Its header shows their Award Centre and Award Leader, with tabs for the overview, each Award level, the history and the settings.
Overview
The overview shows who they are, their guardians and consents, their labels and flags, and for each Award the level, its state, its payment and how far each section has come. The latest changes sit at the bottom.
An Award level
Choose a level to see when it was registered, its approved start date, its state, how it was entered, which rules it runs under, its labels and its payment. To move the approved start date, choose a day from the registration day up to the day of the first log, say why, and choose Move the start date. Only an Award that is still open can move.
History
History lists everything that happened to the record, newest first: status, consent, Award Leader, Awards, approvals and payments. Each line says who did it, and gives the time in your Operator’s time zone and in UTC. Choose a kind to narrow it. Admins can open the audit log for the person from here.
Settings
Choose Archive and give a reason to take a participant out of the lists and queues. Nothing is deleted, and Unarchive brings them back as they were. Tick the flags that tell the Centre what to plan for, then choose Save the flags.
